About our Organization

Alarina of North America (ALANA) (or Alarina USA) is a gathering and an event where Yoruba indigene youths come together to interact, socialize, promote, build networks, build educational programs, enjoy each other’s company, advocate, and raise awareness of Yoruba culture. These gatherings can vary in size and purpose, ranging from small, informal meetups like family dinners or friends hanging out to larger, more organized events like parties, weddings, or community events. The main goal of the gathering is to promote Yoruba culture and foster communication, connection, and shared experiences among members.

It will be a diverse gathering of like-minded people, where individuals with shared interests, values, beliefs, or goals come together to interact and engage in activities related to their common interests. These gatherings can range from informal meetups, such as hobbyist clubs or support groups, to more formal events, like conferences, workshops, or community meetings.

Because participants share similar perspectives or passions, these gatherings often foster a sense of camaraderie and mutual understanding, making it easier for people to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate. The gathering can result in life partners.
